The location minutes away from city centre was good. Apart from that, Devonwood Park was 10 minutes' drive away. I did not want to leave, so would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Our family enjoyed three nights in a spacious Queen Room. The modern décor was comforting, and the staff were kind. Though breakfast was pricey and limited, the location allowed easy access to local restaurants. Don't forget to explore the nearby Square for meals and entertainment!

This place is just a well-suited match for short visits in Gainesville with reasonable value. The breakfast was decent and gave us a good start to our day. Keep in mind that food can get pricey here.
